ABOUT ME
Twenty years in product. Three at sea.
Both changed how I work.
I started my career in the military, then spent over a decade as a product manager at Fiverr and Augury. During COVID, when our entire service model became impossible overnight, I led the crisis task force and treated the service like a product: short cycles, prototyping, testing, iterating, all within the service team, no engineering required. The company survived and contributed to securing Round D.

In 2022, my husband, three boys, and I left home and sailed the world for three years while I ran my practice. What those years reinforced: clear communication is the foundation of everything. Leading without authority, making decisions under uncertainty, adjusting course without losing momentum. None of it works without trust.
